No Client Relationship

A client relationship is only established once:

We have agreed to provide services, and
A formal engagement letter or agreement has been accepted.

All services are provided subject to the terms of that engagement.

Services Provided

Bookkeeping, BAS, and payroll services are provided by a Registered BAS Agent in accordance with applicable Australian laws, regulations, and professional obligations.

The scope of services will be clearly defined in a formal engagement agreement. We do not provide services outside of the agreed scope unless separately agreed in writing.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

Providing complete, accurate, and timely information
Reviewing reports, BAS, and other outputs before lodgement where required
Advising us promptly of any errors, omissions, or changes

We are not responsible for errors, penalties, or interest that arise from:

Incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the client
Delays in receiving required information
Matters outside the agreed scope of services
